Having learned about Neuro-Linguistic Programming many years ago when I lived in japan and having applied it in professional and personal environments, I am finding Co-active coaching to be an extra spice that makes the recipe of effective communication so much better. As an agilist I consider this to be an essential aspect for the creation of successful products.

It was a pleasure finding a link to this blog post after gaining admission to the Scrum Alliance. The book Agile Coaching was fantastic, and I'm about to read Co-Active coaching in a 3 month program that will include practice sessions with ICF and ORCS certified coach, Louisette Ness - who spoke at Agile 2009 in Chicago. http://fs9.formsite.com/hajush/coachingcoaching/. It's exciting to see confirmation of the relevance of Co-Active Coaching to other agile practitioners. I look forward to your Coaching Agile Teams book!
