		<description>I L-O-V-E this post.  I was having this exact discussion today my management team - I called it hope and you need to project hope, give people hope, believe in hope, expect hope. When you have hope, think hope, write about hope, you get the endorphin high like when I&#039;m exercising.  

I had no idea there was so much science behind it.  I can&#039;t wait to share this article/video. Yes this is your second point, share the positive thoughts.
