Coaching Coaches
If this describes you, then perhaps you are my ideal coaching client.
Are you a coach who has a feeling that, somehow, agile coaching is more than getting teams to use practices and embrace their empowerment? Are you searching for your unique voice as a coach? Are you someone who wants to live from the inside out – from your values, into your actions, then, with impact, into the wider world of your teams and organization? Have your experiences with agile caused you to pause and say, “Whoa! This agile stuff is really different.”
I coach coaches to take up their own journeys to high performance so that they become the excellent agile coaches teams need to live the full potential of agile. Here are two offerings. See which one is right for you.
Coaching CirclesYou and five other passionate agile coaches come together, with Lyssa (me), twice a month on a coaching call. Through a mixture of work/life coaching and agile mentorship, provided by me and deepened by your peers, you discover your next step toward your unique brand of excellent agile coaching. And then your next and then your next. You will learn about specific agile topics that you and the other circle coaches queue up for me to deliver, all the while being simultaneously supported and challenged as you strive to be the agile coach your teams need you to be. Sound good or at least intriguing? If so, and let me know where you are on your coaching journey and what you sense you could gain from a coaching circle. Let’s see if this is right for you right now. Two new coaching circles start in September. Each is limited to six coaches and one will be coached by Michael Spayd, a powerhouse professional and agile coach with major agile transformation experience. If you want in, soon. |
One-on-One CoachingLyssa and you, in a one-on-one coaching relationship guided by your agenda as you step into the fullness of being an excellent agile coach (and human being, because these two are inseparable). This is deep, intimate and addresses your whole life, or however much of that whole life you bring to the coaching. If you think this may be right for you, and let’s explore a coaching relationship through a free sample coaching session. No strings. If you like coaching but our chemistry is not perfect, I’ll refer you to others who have professional work/life coaching and agile coaching expertise. If you decide coaching isn’t right for you at all, that’s a good outcome, too. All possibilities are open. Most clients like to meet on the phone 2-3 times per month for 30 to 45 minute sessions. Rates vary depending on the coaching time, and that will all be designed in advance. No surprises. |
Coaching clients say…
Lyssa ROCKED my world! I’m hard pressed to describe how useful and important my coaching work with her has been. Challenging, heartfelt, effective, an invitation to depth, to clarity and with companionship in the inquiry. I particularly appreciate her skill at being present and transparent about her own process while staying focused on being of service. In case it’s not completely obvious this is a HEARTY recommendation!
- David Chilcott, agile business consultant and one-on-one coaching client
I have learned so much with all my interactions with Lyssa, from my first view of her youtube videos, through Agile Conference sessions and finally in our own little coaching circle. All I can say is I hope to continue learning from her for the duration! She is truly a harbinger of the radical.
- Allison Weiss, coaching circle client
